MCI 3:0 CHE: Three Worst Players For Chelsea In The First Half Of The Game

Chelsea had a horrible performance in the first half of the game as they were humbled 3-0 by Manchester City at halftime. Goals from Riyad Mahrez, Phil Foden, and Julian Alvarez gave the Citizens the all-important advantage heading into the break.
Well, let’s take a look at the three worst players for Chelsea in the first half of the game as they were humbled by a vibrant Manchester City side.
1, Kai Havertz.
The German International had a horrible performance in the first half of the game for Chelsea against Manchester City. Aside from being very dull and passive on the attack, the German International also committed a foul in the Chelsea’s 18-yard box which won Manchester City a penalty to score their second goal of the game.
2, Lewis Hall.
The English International was non-existent in the first interval for the Blues as he struggled to make an impact on Chelsea’s performance both offensively and defensively against Manchester City. His passive play further contributed to Chelsea’s unconvincing performance in the opening 45 minutes against the Citizens.
3, Kalidou Koulibaly.
The Senegalese International looked shaky and unsettled in Chelsea’s defense line in the first half of the game against Man City. The 31-year-old couldn’t offer much help to Chelsea defensively as he also performed awfully in the first period.
