Chelsea are ready to offer Mohamed Salah that £400,000-a-week contract that he wants from Liverpool, IcFootballnews has learned

Egypt international Salah, whose current deal at Liverpool runs until the summer of 2023, has consistently expressed his desire to remain at Anfield amid ongoing talks over a new contract.

He has become one of the best players in world football during his stay at Anfield and has also become one of the clubs most iconic players in just a a few years, helping the club to Champions League and Premier League titles

In a recent interview with GQ magazine, Salah claimed he was “not asking for crazy stuff” during negotiations with Liverpool which Reds boss Jurgen Klopp insists are “in a good place”.

But he has not yet signed a new deal with the Reds and all the big clubs, including the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona, have been keeping a close eye on things at Anfield.

But now IcFootballnews have learned that Chelsea are eyeing up a possible move for Salah
