Chelsea making moves to sign 21-year-old midfielder Enzo Fernandez partner in crime

And if reports are anything to go by, then Chelsea football club have been linked with a move for highly-rated Borussia Monchengladbach central midfielder Manu Kone.

The 21-year-old France International, who signed up for Borussia Monchengladbach after departing Toulouse back in 2021 has been an important member of the first-team squad in recent seasons.

The young central midfielder has been hugely involved for Borussia Monchengladbach so far this 2022/2023 football season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in 24 appearances in all competitions.

His excellent performances in midfield is believed to have caught the attention of Chelsea football club and according to reports from The Sun, the Blues are keen on signing him.

The reports further claimed that Chelsea are really interested in Manu Kone and have added the young central midfielder to their transfer shortlist for next summer.

It is believed that Chelsea manager Graham Potter wants to create balance in his midfield and he has identified Manu Kone as an ideal partner for the impressive Enzo Fernandez.

However, it remains to be seen if Chelsea football club will be able to reach an agreement with Borussia Monchengladbach and secure the signing of Manu Kone next summer.
